Ganz "nordisch by nature" ließen sich Fin, Fiede, Thays und Rainer die Ruhe und Zeit ihren Sound reifen zu lassen und feilten einen Großteil des Jahres 2004 an den Aufnahmen zu "Resorbing Everything". Die qualitative Messlatte der 11 Songs des Debütalbums liegt hoch. Bekanntermaßen können sich viele Bands glücklich schätzen, wenn sie zwei oder drei herausragende Lieder auf einem netten Album unterbringen. ALIAS CAYLON kennen dieses Problem nicht. Sie sind eine dieser eher seltenen Bands, die keine Füller produziert. Wenn man ihren Rock-Style mag, findet man etwas, das nichts verspricht und ewig hält. Everyone knows most of the bands on this planet can be thankful to have two or three outstanding songs on a nice/good album, but - without any exaggeration - Alias Caylon don't face this problem. They are one of this rare bands that doesn't produce fillers. And if you like their style you'll find something in this 11 songs which doesn't promise you anything but lasts forevermore. Every song hits you straight in the heart and is a punch in the gut. A distincitve and exciting voice, interweaved guitars, a thundering bass & drums fundament and the catchy hooklines: a band plays tight. Where others would make three Alias Caylon process plenty elements and ideas into one ambitously arranged song.
